ALPHA PLUMBING MEMBERSHIP DISCLOSURE & TERMS

Alpha Care and Alpha Care Plus are optional maintenance and savings programs offered exclusively by Alpha Plumbing. These memberships are not home warranty contracts, insurance policies, service contracts, or replacements for any existing home warranty coverage. Coverage determinations, approvals, exclusions, and claim decisions remain solely the responsibility of the homeowner’s home warranty provider.

Membership benefits apply only to maintenance services, discounts, non-covered items, upgrades, and customer-approved repairs performed by Alpha Plumbing.

Membership Activation

All membership benefits, discounts, inspections, maintenance services, and program features become active thirty (30) days after enrollment and receipt of the initial payment.

Cancellation Policy

Memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract or commitment. Members may cancel at any time, for any reason, by providing notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing date. No cancellation fees or penalties apply.

Membership Termination by Alpha Plumbing

Alpha Plumbing reserves the right to suspend, refuse, decline, or terminate any membership at any time and for any lawful reason, with or without prior notice. Alpha Plumbing shall have no obligation to disclose, explain, or justify the reason for such suspension or termination.

Termination of membership does not affect the homeowner’s responsibility for payment of services, repairs, or charges incurred prior to the termination date.

Alpha Plumbing reserves the sole right to determine eligibility, continued participation, renewal, suspension, or termination of any membership program.

Inspection and Maintenance Disclaimer

Any inspection, evaluation, maintenance visit, water pressure test, water heater flush, plumbing assessment, or other service performed under a membership plan is intended solely to provide homeowners with general information regarding the visible condition of plumbing components at the time of service.

Inspections and maintenance services are not guarantees, warranties, certifications, or predictions of future performance. Plumbing systems may fail without warning, and conditions may change after an inspection or maintenance visit has been completed.

Alpha Plumbing does not guarantee that any inspection, maintenance service, or assessment will identify all existing, hidden, concealed, future, or potential plumbing defects, leaks, failures, water damage conditions, code violations, or system deficiencies.

Recommendations provided by Alpha Plumbing are based solely on conditions observed at the time of service and should not be interpreted as a guarantee against future plumbing failures or property damage.

Limitation of Liability

Alpha Plumbing shall not be liable for any water damage, flooding, mold, structural damage, personal property damage, loss of use, loss of income, personal injury, or any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the failure, deterioration, malfunction, or unexpected condition of any plumbing component before, during, or after an inspection, maintenance visit, or service appointment.

The homeowner understands and agrees that plumbing systems can fail unexpectedly and that Alpha Plumbing cannot be held responsible for damages arising from existing conditions, hidden defects, aging systems, normal wear and tear, corrosion, manufacturer defects, improper prior repairs, acts of nature, or future plumbing failures.

By enrolling in a membership plan, the homeowner expressly releases and holds harmless Alpha Plumbing, its owners, employees, technicians, agents, and representatives from claims related to plumbing system failures, water damage, or property damage except where prohibited by applicable law.

No Guarantee of Coverage or Service Availability

Membership enrollment does not guarantee repair approvals, home warranty approvals, same-day service, emergency service availability, parts availability, scheduling priority, repair coverage, or replacement coverage.

All services remain subject to technician availability, scheduling limitations, weather conditions, material availability, safety considerations, and operational requirements.

General Terms

Membership benefits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other offers, promotions, discounts, or special pricing unless expressly authorized by Alpha Plumbing.

Membership pricing, benefits, terms, conditions, and included services may be modified by Alpha Plumbing at any time upon notice to members.

Acceptance

By enrolling in Alpha Care or Alpha Care Plus, the homeowner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Membership Terms and Disclosures.

The homeowner further acknowledges that membership benefits begin thirty (30) days after enrollment, that membership may be canceled at any time with thirty (30) days notice prior to the next billing cycle, and that Alpha Plumbing reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership participation at its sole discretion.
